Inspiration from the Holy Oak

choose what you will
so that you will
release what you choose
so that you will choose wisely

do this
and not that
leave that
and do this
this is more powerful than that

hold others dear
do not hold others
others are dear
when not held

walk together
until roads part
part together walking
walk together when roads meet
all ways together

dream of day during night
dream of night during day
breathe in each exhale
breath out each inhale
breathe day and night as one
see inhale and exhale as one

be well
drink from the well
give to the well
the well is endless
we are the well

peace
